    When should stretches be done before you start the day or at the end of the day.

    Hi Jessica
    You can stretch whenever you want but if you do not perform a simple 5 minute warm-up then stretching should be gentle without bouncing and nothing to aggressive. If your job includes sitting for awhile a great way to avoid tight muscles is to get up every 30 minutes and walk around for a couple minutes.
